What's a flower essence?
In the simplest terms, a flower essence is the life vibration of a wild flower that has been distilled into drops or a spray. Each native wildflower holds a particular energetic imprint and healing quality that resonates with a specific human emotion. Deborah’s formulations combine these flowers, that when used in sprays or drops create harmony to relieve stress, promote tranquility, and uplift and balance your mood and emotions.
The sprays we use at Pulling Down the Moon are harvested in beautiful Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, not far from our fair city of Chicago. Deborah Werner, the founder of Earth, Wind and Flowers, wowed us with her passion for wild flowers and their healing potential.
How should I use them?
There are several different ways to use a flower essence spray. We will often mist them over our students following a yoga practice, to help to clear and balance their energy bodies. They are also a nice addition to the start of meditation or breathing practice, to break off negative thought patterns and help settle and ground our attention in the moment.
