Meredith Nelson – Massage Therapist

Meredith Nelson is a graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, as well as Northwestern University's Theatre, Musical Theatre, and Poetry programs. She is certified in pre-natal (pregnancy) massage, nationally certified, and has developed a fertility enhancing massage protocol. Meredith incorporates modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, acupressure, myofascial release, aromatherapy, raindrop therapy, and thermal therapy, creating individualized massages specific to her clients needs.
