Chrissy Langford is a graduate of The Soma Institute as well as Roosevelt University with a BA in Psychology. She has always been passionate about and focused on helping others, especially women's mental and physical health. Growing up with a mother who was a nurse, the spirit of care-giving was instilled in her early on and remains close to her heart. Chrissy is licensed and certified in the state of Illinois, and is also a member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). She specializes in Swedish and Sports Massage, and is thrilled to be an Apprentice FEM Practitioner. Chrissy is pursuing her Prenatal and Postpartum Massage Certifications, and plans to become a certified Doula.
