October: Lion Pose

1.  Kneel on the floor, cross the right ankle over left and sit
     back on heels.
2.  Place palms firmly on knees, fingers fanned like large,
     fierce kitty claws.
3.  Inhale deeply through your nose and then open your
     mouth and stretch out your tongue, curling its tip toward
     your chin.  Eyes look toward the space between the
     eyebrows.
4.  Exhale and make a loud, roaring HA sound (ARRGGH!),
     stimulating the back of the throat.
5.  Roar 3-4 times and then switch the cross of the ankles
     and repeat other side.
