Our very own yoga teacher Keri Hammel, turned to yoga with us during her own difficult fertility journey. It was helpful for Keri to be able to connect and share her story with the women in her class. She was so drawn to yoga, that she began teaching classes for women in her same predicament. Soon after, she was pregnant and birthed a healthy baby girl.
