Office Administrator – Part-Time
Pulling Down the Moon | River North, Chicago

Pulling Down the Moon, a holistic healthcare clinic specializing in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care, is seeking a part-time Office Administrator for our River North location. This role is primarily for Alternating Saturdays and Every Sunday (with occasional additional days as needed).

What You’ll Do -

• Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering calls and scheduling appointments
• Process payments and assist with daily closeouts
• Support practitioners with room turnover, supplies, and patient needs
• Maintain a welcoming, professional office environment
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and shipping for our online store
• Assist with retail buying in collaboration with directors and owners
• Execute monthly marketing initiatives
• Perform data entry, emailing, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Troubleshoot and manage ad hoc projects as needed
• Work closely with our scheduling software (The Jane App) to manage appointments, process refunds, and support daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a varied workload
• Proficiency with computers; experience with The Jane App a plus
• A working knowledge of billing healthcare insurance providers a plus
• Commitment to holistic health and interest in complementary and alternative medicine
• Reliability, flexibility, and a cheerful disposition

Position Details:

• Part-time: 8–16 hours/week
• Hourly rate: $18-20

Massage Therapist (Part-Time) – Highland Park

Pulling Down the Moon is seeking a talented, compassionate, and highly skilled Massage Therapist to join our holistic fertility center in Highland Park.

Employment with Pulling Down the Moon includes comprehensive training in reproductive health and fertility care, encompassing both natural and medical approaches, as well as our award-winning Fertility Enhancing Massage (FEM) Protocol. Therapists receive direct training from FEM founder Meredith Nathan, recipient of the NCBTMB 2018 Pioneer Award. This specialized training is valued at 35 CEUs.

The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for reproductive health and a desire to support individuals and couples on their journey toward building a family. Experience working with fertility, prenatal, or women's health populations is preferred, though not required.

Qualifications:

• Current massage therapy license in Illinois
• Prenatal massage certification (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, professional, and client-centered approach to care

Schedule:

• Part-time position
• 1–2 shifts per week
• Sunday availability required
