Margaret Eich, MS, RD
Margaret is a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in women’s health, fertility, and pregnancy. She is passionate about the vital role that whole, unprocessed foods and appropriate supplementation play in supporting the body’s ability to attain optimum health and hormone balance to support fertility. She can help support a variety of conditions including PCOS, endometriosis, preconception nutrition, egg quality issues, and pregnancy.
Margaret holds a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MS in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle. In her practice, Margaret strives to help her clients achieve optimum health by not only providing nutrition recommendations, but also providing the rationale for those recommendations. Margaret has been on the Today Show and has written for or been quoted in a variety of publications including Parents, Pregnancy and Newborn, The Bump, and Kiwi Magazine. In her free time, Margaret loves biking, doing yoga, gardening, and experimenting in the kitchen.
