Kate Ryan

Kate is a Chicago-based yoga and meditation instructor, specializing in mindful healing for the whole person. Kate studied mindfulness at Chicago State University, is Reiki Level 2 certified, Yoga for 12 Step Recovery Certified, Prison Yoga Certified, has completed an 8 week course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and is currently completing an accelerated certification course in Meditation from Chill Chicago. In addition to the traditional assna practice, Kate teaches Yoga for Recovery, and offers workshops on
Meditation and Mindfulness. Kate has taught in Chicago at Ritual Hot Yoga, Yoga 6, and Yoga 2point0, as well as leading various workshops and events throughout the city.
