Art Nutrition Prep And Recovery Program

Consultations In-Person And Via Phone Call

Doctors will tell you that the single most important thing to help your fertility is being at a good fertile weight and eating a diet high in the right kind of nutrients. Being even slightly overweight or underweight can negatively affect conception rates and while most of us feel we are probably pretty healthy eaters, you’d be surprised to learn that a diet of soy and salads may not be the best for those of us TTC. There’s so much information out in the world that it’s hard to know what to believe so we make it easy for you by combining the latest in science-based nutrition with teachings and techniques from Traditional Chinese Medicine, and yoga. The ART Prep & Recovery Program is unique to Pulling Down the Moon and exactly what it says: A nutrition program especially created to help you prep for your upcoming treatments or recover from loss or disappointment so you can cleanse and try again.Your Pulling Down the Moon licensed dietitian will get into the nitty gritty of helping you set goals, regulate blood sugar levels, support the liver, assist in helping you get your gut and thyroid to function properly, discuss sensitivities, look at possible food eliminations, decrease inflammation and safely cleanse.

Your nutritionist will also be an accountability partner and will provide support, encouragement, ideas, and recipes to help you meet your goals while simultaneously working to improve your egg quality. This program requires a minimum of three consults as well as inclusion of roughly six nutritional supplements that have been shown to help regulate blood sugar, fill the gaps where recommended nutrients cannot be met with food, and have been shown to enhance egg quality. This program can also be custom-tailored for men. If you want to get serious about nutrition and really see results while prepping or recovering from medical treatment, you will feel empowered by this program. This program is also appropriate for those who have not yet begun medical treatment and want to try all things natural and a gentle cleanse before seeing a reproductive endocrinologist. $415 cost includes three coaching sessions and a one-month supply of nutritional supplements. Price reflects 20% package discount.

A Note About Nutrition And Egg Quality

While age still matters, the thinking around egg quality has evolved over the last decade and a diagnosis of poor egg quality has the potential to change and improve. While no treatment has 100% success rate, holistic treatments like acupuncture, massage, yoga and nutrition counseling work to improve the environment eggs develop within by increasing blood flow, lowering hormonal disruption through stress management and improved sleep, and decreasing inflammation that can impair cell function. It is advised that you book a consultation with our registered dietician if you have specific questions regarding supplementation for egg quality.
