Yoga for Fertility

This six-week class is a journey into the healing powers of Yoga for Fertility and how this practice can help calm and heal the body, clear the mind and lighten the heart. At each class you will learn a series of yoga postures designed to improve fertility by increasing blood flow into the pelvis, releasing stress and anxiety and balancing life energy flow in the body. In addition to this physical practice we make a sequential exploration concepts from yoga philosophy that frame the fertility journey in a way that reveals our personal strengths, reinforces the joy of everyday life and empowers us to create the family we are meant to have. Through this class you will also join the wonderful, positive healing community of Pulling Down the Moon and enjoy the energy of all the amazing women who have shared their journey with us.
Yoga and Egg Quality: While age still matters, the thinking around egg quality has evolved over the last decade and a diagnosis of poor egg quality has the potential to change/improve. While no treatment has 100% success rate, holistic treatments like acupuncture, massage, yoga and nutrition counseling work to improve the environment eggs develop within by increasing blood flow, lowering hormonal disruption through stress management and improved sleep, and decreasing inflammation that can impair cell function. Learn about Pulling Down the Moon’s six week Yoga for Fertility program , meet amazing women, and practice yoga. The research that shows yoga can lower anxiety by as much as 20%! Practice a sequence of poses that are supportive of your fertility journey and safe during any part of the fertility cycle, including during ART cycles.
All levels are welcome. This class is open to invite friends or family members who are interested in how fertility affects the body and mind. Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to breathe, stretch and relax when we meet you virtually on the mat on Zoom!

Join Pulling Down the Moon Yoga Team Lead, Cassie Harrison, on Zoom for live yoga instruction, discussion, and community support for your journey. Designed by yoga teachers and former fertility patients Tami Quinn and Beth Heller to meet the needs of women who are trying to conceive. Learn our specialized Yoga for Fertility techniques. This will help you care for your body and mind while on a break from treatment, while trying to conceive naturally, while prepping for the next cycle, or during an active ART cycle. You will learn a series of yoga postures designed to improve fertility by increasing blood flow into the pelvis, releasing stress and anxiety and balancing life energy flow in the body. In addition to this physical practice we explore teachings from yoga philosophy that help us frame the fertility journey in a way that reveals our personal strengths, reinforces the joy of everyday life and empowers us to create the family we are meant to have.
This research based series includes six Yoga for Fertility practice downloads (over three hours of content) that allow you to take your yoga practice wherever you go, even download to view offline. Also included is the Infertility Cleanse Book to supplement the discussions and aid in re-setting your system after a failed cycle, miscarriage, or just a fresh start on your fertility journey.
Cost: $210 for 6 sessions (Price includes 1.5 hr weekly classes, The Infertility Cleanse book, Fully Fertile DVD Downloads). Pre-Registration Required as Space is Limited. Zoom links will be sent near the start date of class.
Q: What if I miss a class?
A: We encourage active participation in the full series though participants can obtain a recording of a specific session for an absence.

A: Yoga for Fertility is perfect for when you are taking a break, after a failed cycle, or during an ART cycle. Basically, it is safe and gentle at any point in your journey and can help get you THROUGH your journey.

Our partnership with CocoonCare™ and its new owner, Diana Zic brings us even closer to that vision. Diana brings a great deal of heart and compassion into her coaching sessions and yoga classes. She’s been one of our Yoga for Fertility teachers for quite a while and we’ve heard from her students what a positive impact these services can have in their lives.
