Prenatal Acupuncture

Balance before baby arrives. Our clients complete a 90-minute Comprehensive First Visit* which sets the foundation for expert care, Your licensed acupuncturist will begin with a consultation that covers your medical history and treatment objectives (prenatal wellness, labor support, postpartum care). They’ll also conduct an assessment using Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques including: feeling the pulse, examining the tongue, and asking other specific questions. You’ll receive your first acupuncture treatment at this appointment and the acupuncturist will tailor a treatment plan to your specific needs. They may also offer guidance regarding the frequency of follow-up visits and you may receive herbal recommendations or referrals for other specific services (nutrition counseling or
massage) that may be beneficial to you at this time.
*Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes in length

All of our massage suites feature tables with breast and tummy cut-outs for your comfort.
Self-care during your pregnancy isn't a luxury, it's part of nurturing your body through it's greatest feat. Our prenatally certified massage therapists and specialized prenatal massage tables will tailor every session to your body and season.
In the first trimester, our exclusive Unwind The Mind™ session offers an oasis of gentle massage, gentle lymphatic drainage, and vagus nerve stimulation that is safe and supportive for a new pregnancy. Higher pricing reflects the exclusive nature of this early pregnancy massage. In the second and third trimesters, we offer 60- or 90-minute prenatal massages to help your body adapt to its many changes, right up until delivery.
Every session includes your choice of 60- or 90-minutes hands-on therapy as well as 10-15 minutes of assessment, education, and post-visit self-care recommendations.

Prenatal Nutrition Counseling
Virtual Comprehensive First Visit - $125

All nutrition visits are held virtually.

Our virtual nutrition counseling makes it easy to receive expert, personalized attention without the misinformation on social media or the questionable advice offered by well-meaning friends and family.
Your one-on-one visit with our registered dietitian begins with a thorough assessment of your health history and a discussion about your goals. You’ll receive a bespoke plan based on your nutritional needs, eating preferences, and food sensitivities. Then, you'll make follow-up visits as recommended. Our dietitian may adjust recommendations during your pregnancy to address any new concerns and ensure that mama and baby receive the nutrients they need to flourish.
